Chief Commissioner Byambadorj Jamsran met Tom Ginsburg, professor of Chigaco University and project advisor of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), on 14 August 2013.

Pr. Ginsburg has experience of working in the area of legal reform in Mongolia as he was an advisor for Asian Foundation of the Unites States of America in early 1990s. The Meeting covers the issues of constitutional reform, implementation of the human rights provisions of the Constitution of Mongolia, and other emerging constitutional issues in connection with the study to be conducted by the UNDP at the request by the Standing Committee of State Structure of the parliament.
