Morning tea meeting concerns youth issues


The morning tea meeting, organized on Thursday of the 3rd week of every month in the meeting room of the Open Society Forum, runs open discussion on timely important human rights issues, and this time it was held discussing on the topic, “Who can do what for the youth?” on 23 January 2014.

Morning tea meeting concerns youth issues

The meeting involved over 20 young people representing the stakeholders who work on the issues related to the youth and human rights, and assessed and reviewed the human rights issues that encounter with the youth, policy and activities of the government organizations and civil society organizations on the protection of the rights of the youth and students.

As a result of the meeting the organizations that work for the youth put forward suggestions to specialize in the field they are working in, exchange information and best practices, ensure meaningful and effective participation of the youth, and work in a network and expressed their aim to work addressing the institutional and individual developments.
